Our History
Men are growing up without fathers, without mentors, and without friends. ​Elders At The Gate was founded in 2017 by Rick Willis of Avon Ohio. Rick had a burden to encourage elder men of God to stay active in Christian ministry and use their life experience, expertise, and giftings to equip the next generation. A monthly newsletter was created to encourage and inspire biblically-minded men
to use their talents to inspire the next generation of leaders.
Our Vision
Elders At The Gate seeks to call forth citywide leadership In
Northeast Ohio and help provide spiritual city fathers to local communities.
Elders at the Gate is a board governed 501(c)3 non-profit ministry.
